Good Morning,
I've been working on a couple of small paintings this week. This one was particularly interesting because the sky is the majority of the subject matter. Montauk skies can be very dramatic, especially when the storms are moving in from the sea.
I'm going to do a demo today at the Burwell Morgan Mill in Millwood, VA. I'll be there with my friend Becky from 3 to 5 PM. We will be painting something... probably a still life. If you are out that way, stop in and see us. The show is really good and the mill interesting. Also, since the leaves are changing, it's a spectacular drive. I hope you'll come up and see us.
