"Hot Feet"Good Morning,
A few months ago, I posted a picture of my study for "Hot Feet".. There was just something about the color of the shoes and the peppers that really caught my eye. I did a quick study and decided to do a larger painting. Well, my study has a looseness and a quality that I just couldn't get in the larger painting. It seemed so overworked. Like I was trying too hard.
So, I've decided to go ahead and finish the study and keep it. So far, I've added a background and worked on the shoes a bit more. Again, there's a quality that I don't want to destroy, so I haven't done very much to it. I think I'll work on the peppers just a little more before I call it finished.
I'll post it again when it's finally complete.
