Good Morning!
If you haven't noticed by now, I maintain 2 websites. www.glynisberger.com for my more traditional paintings and www.de-yong.com for my abstract work. Yes, I have heard the jokes about multiple personality disorders. I have always thought it better to keep these works equal and separate. Here, on the blog, it all comes together.
This painting is another of my large works that I have been making recently. Acrylic seems to work best for these because they dry faster and allow for more spontaneity. This has become very important to me lately. I don't quite understand why, but I'm going with it. There is something to be said for using appropriate tools for a job.
Today, I'll be painting in oils again. I have some smaller paintings on my mind as well as another large one in the works. I hope you will continue to check in on my journey.
