Good Morning!
Yesterday was a busy day here. As promised, I posted my abstract painting on
www.de-yong.com "The Red Plate" is available for viewing along with my other more abstract paintings, acrylics and works on paper.
For a few days, I have been working on a small still life, similar to the fast and loose painting of red daisies that I posted yesterday. This painting, "SHADOW" is posted for your viewing pleasure on my other website, www.glynisberger.com
I encourage you to make the comparison. Look at my fast and loose blog paintings and the more detailed work on the websites.
It's obvious that I still haven't been able to resolve my style/mood differences. I cannot paint the same way all the time and truthfully don't think I want to. There is something to be said for spontanaiety (spell check, where are you?) and I think I prefer it to being so consistent which I find boring. Feedback is welcome.
Until tomorrow,
Glynis
